Crossfit is a competitive place – where the best person to compete against is yourself.

Today we did a Crossfit Baseline test and then Fran. And in both cases I scored better than my former self of November 2018.
Crossfit Baseline was
500m row, 40 air squats, 30 ab mat situps, 20 pushups and 10 pullups. : All done in 5 min 19 secs – and 1 min 2 secs faster than last time.
Fran is
21 – 15 – 9 Thrusters (30kg) and PullUps. Last time 11:40, this time 9:18.
I may not break any records – but I’m good with those. Onwards any upwards!
