PBs and mindset

Today’s crossfit challenge centred around achieving a 2 rep max Thurster (video below if that’s not making sense !!).

I went along thinking my previous best was 47.5kg .. and af 2 attempts managed a (slightly wobbly) 48kg.

Turns out my previous best was 45kg.

Probably wouldn’t have tried so hard had I known that….

Thruster … from the clean position, drop into front squat then take bar straight overhead.

This is my 48kg PB from today.

Not bad for a 56year old 55kg person 😉
