Deep relaxation on a Tuesday afternoon

I’m fortunate to be able to slow down and even stop when I need to.

Today I’m full of cold. I taught a slow, nurturing yoga class and chose to spend some time with my yoga props and fire in deep relaxation this afternoon.

If you feel under the weather do you soldier on – or do you listen to your body and slow down?
