Pause

This one’s for the women out there ‘of a certain age’. You’ve got a home and job to run, teenagers at home and older family members needing your support. Juggling so many balls you rarely have time for yourself.

And then nature kicks in and delivers the killer blow – your body starts to feel like it’s out of control, never mind your emotions.

How do you take back some semblance of control in this whirlwind of things do do and no time or energy to do it?

Pause

You ARE good enough

You are good enough – but you must prioritise yourself. Unless you are rested, well fed and nurtured you can not be any use to those who rely on you.

so PAUSE

– and make time to look after you. It’s not selfish – it’s a priority.
