In an effort towards better crossfit performance a bunch of us turned up at 10am to practise some gymnastic movements.
Crossfit requires you to be an Olympic lifter, runner, rower, gymnast and all round athlete. Tall order indeed! I started the sport nearly 6 years ago and I’m probably the fittest I’ve ever been.
But theres always something new – some tweaks to technique, some variation on the movements.
And to that end, the adventurous spirit of the crossfit athlete takes us to this – headstands on a Sunday morning!
