Smile and the World smile with you – an old saying. Yesterday I decided to try this one out.

Coming off the meds (Part 9)
This journey has been a few months now. In March I was taking 175mcg Levothyroxine daily – and never felt quite right. I wanted to try and reduce the dose – ideally coming right off, but wishing to reduce at the very least.
