Breathing Coach

In December I did a 2 week online course with Yogabody. At the end of the course there was on online exam and 3 vidoes of techniques taught had to be submitted.

The online exam – as in many exams – was a multiple choice with a pass-rate of 85%: 2 exams in total. I passed those first time.

It’s a different thing altogether to submit videos – being calm, getting all the (new) information over in the way required to satisfy marking criteria is a skill in itself.

Last night, however, I finally got confirmation that I’d passed the exam – and so you now have me – Breathing Coach – to add to my yoga and personal training offering.

Breathing can be controlled to energise, balance or relax. Prepare for exercise, energise for a new day, calm anxiety, settle the body and mind, better sleep and prepare for meditation. All totally naturally. Amazing stuff.
