End of an era

I bought this car a couple of months after I had child number 4. He’s 15 now.

It’s been fun. I’d drive it on nights out when I knew I’d otherwise have trouble parking. I’d drive it on summer days with the roof down just for fun. Whenever I drove it there’s be small children point at it ‘look mummy, that car is really tiny!’

It’s been fun but now it was time to move on. 28 years old and in need of someone who has time to give it more tlc than I’m able to.

The new owner had it picked up this morning by a specialist classic car removals company and it’s on it’s way to the ferry terminal at Immingham, then onwards to Norway. He’s been on the lookout for one for a while and I hope will give it a good home.

Eitherway – the end of an era for me. And with all good endings, there’s room for new beginnings. Life is a journey
