Lockdown – the beginning
And so it began. Last Thursday the UK went into Lockdown 2.0.

Yesterday was the day of lasts – the last day in a Crossfit class for a few weeks, the last in-person yoga class for a while. A day of mixed emotions for sure.

Daylight Saving
Getting up with the sun instead of having the clock tell you when to rise feels far more ‘in tune’ and makes a lot of sense to me. Time to slow down and enjoy the journey?
